Welcome to our web site, We are pleased to offer a three bedroom, three bathroom holiday townhouse with a large roof solarium
situated within the hill-top resort of Gran Alacant, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca, Spain. An
ideal location for a family holiday with bars restaurants, shops, pool and amenities within easy walking distance;
the beach is 2-minutes by bus, land-train or car. The property benefits from a good local transport service around the
community and surrounding area making a car not a necessity.

The front courtyard offers off-road
parking and access to the house is via six steps up to a covered porch with a table and chairs, ideal for morning
coffee and breakfast, leading into the house through a panelled door.

The living and dining areas, complete with dining table and chairs, 3-piece leather suite, coffee tables, ceiling
fan, English television, DVD and CD players. This room has the benefit of a fitted cooling and heating
air-conditioning unit.
The kitchen is through a door next to the dining area and is fully
equipped and generously sized, leading to a galleria.
A shower room with w.c. and basin is accessed from
the living room.
Take the marble covered staircase to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, balcony, fitted wardrobe, double

twin beds each with a z-bed below, bed side cabinet with lamp and ceiling fan.
The third/twin bedroom
has a fitted wardrobe, bed side cabinet with lamp, single bed with a full-size folding bed underneath to form twin beds and
ceiling fan.
All bedrooms have windows with curtains and shutters.
Up-to eight
people can be accommodated.
The family bathroom is also located on
this floor.

If you take the second staircase to the top you can access the solarium which is approximately 30m2. Here you will
find a table and chairs with parasol, two sun loungers, a BBQ and excellent views!
